Referrer Gratuitiy Stats

In the "Referrer" section, I would like a place to enter gratuities given to our referring doctors. We often send referral pads or snacks to our referring doctors and would like the ability to note these and track them in the referrer section.

We'd like this added as well, in order to track gifts, referral pads, business cards, luncheons, etc.
