Medical Claim Form
If a CPT code is performed multiple times, we should be able to reflect that on the CMS 1500 form. We should be able to list one procedure (CPT 21248 or CDT 6010) on the medical claim form (line 24D), the number of times it was done (line 24G), and the charges should be a multiple of the two (line 24F). Need to be able to put different ICD 9 codes per procedure without creating multiple claims
Program currently when posting medical codes, the HCFA claim creates different claims if we do not put the Codes in the same order. We have codes that need to be on the same claim, but they use defferent ICD 9 codes. need this corrected.

Put letters (documents) in date order as opposed to alphabetical order
In the document tab the letters that are sent out used to be in date order now they are in alphabetical order we found it so much easier
to check on what was sent to patients or referring doctors when they were in date order1 vote -
In Contact and Progress notes, the notes need to print in the order they were entered, by time.
On the screen, these notes are shown in chronological order and in order of the time the notes were entered, when there are multiple notes in the same day, When we go to print these notes, however, they print out of order of entry. The dates are ok but multiple entries on the same date do not print in order.

The margins in Case Notes need to be set so that these will print properly
When we attempt to print notes from Case Notes, the top line is always cut off (this occurs on EVERY page, not just the first page) and the right margin is set for the middle of the page rather than on the right side of the page. We have to adjust this every time. We then click on "SAVE CHANGES" but it does not save the changes. If we go back in to the case notes, we would have to make these changes all over again.
The top of the page margin used to work, now it doesn't.1 vote -
pre registration
It would be nice if updating a patient's info in pre reg updated it in registered info and appointments as well and vice versa.

Multiple Address Label Printing for PROFILES
In Referrers there is the option to print multiple DDS address labels on one sheet, but this is not an option for Profiles. I'd like to be able to print address labels for different insurance companies using the same label sheet. I want the same pop up box that appears when printing referrer address labels on Profiles address labels.

Remove UCR column from printed treatment plans
We want the ability to remove the ucr column on printed treatment plans. Currently we can remove the ucr column from the viewable treatment plan on the screen, but are unable to remove off the printed plan. if there could be a print default to remove that particular column, it would be very helpful for our practice.

More than 4 spaces per patient to enter insurance
We need the option to attach more than 4 insurances to a patient.

since upgrade spacing between images and wording makes it hard to fit images where they were previously entered
in the version prior to 12.6, we could enter an image into a letter after a sentence, and it would leave the image there without moving the sentence location up or down. in the 12.6 version, it adds many lines to the letter requiring 2 pages to print letter.

Attaching registered file to pre-registration
When creating a new pre registration file it would be really nice if you could change the registered file attached to it in the event you pull in the wrong registered file. Right now you would need to delete and start over.

general tab allow scheduleing
It would be nice if we could set the security level for the "allow scheduling" box on the bottom right corner of the general tab of the patient info center. This way front desk would need to call financial department in order to schedule a past due account for more work.

Narratives are part of a patient's legal record and should be included in the EHR reports option.

New Insertable Table
Add an additional "insertable table" in the word processor that allows you to pull data from the clinical tab into a letter. Currently the word processor only pulls from the register. We send pre treatment letters every day and have to enter implant sizes etc. manually.

Updating Scan Forms
When adding or deleting items from Scan Forms have the system automatically update Scan Forms attached to future appointments. We schedule several weeks out and have to delete and re-add scan forms to each existing appointment in order to have the updated form available. Very time consuming.

New patient asterisk on appointment book
When a new patient is scheduled, it would be very nice if there were an asterisk next to their name so it is easily visible by looking at the appointment book that it is a new patient.

move the birthdate in lookup
I would like if in the existing patient look up screen if the birthdate of the patient was next to the patient name for easier identification. Please.

Open Claims
It would be efficient to have a button to press to check on open claims. This button would intergrate with e-claims instead of having to run a report on all patients with open claims.
